Additional info: Callbacks – Sunday, August 3rd @ 6:00pm (by invitation only) Performance Dates: September 19th – October 19th What to Prepare: Please provide a headshot, resume, and prepare 16-32 bars of a contemporary musical theater or pop/rock/r&b song in the style of the show. Please bring music in a binder and in your correct key. Accompanist will be provided. Please apply if interested.

An insecure, put-upon florist's clerk and eventual hero. He is a genuine, well-meaning man who is taken for granted because of his clumsy ways and poor social skills. Vocal range: A2-G4.
She has had a tough life growing up in the gutter. Character actress, secret love of Seymour's life. She has poor self-worth and education but is caring and sensitive under her strong demeanor. Vocal range: G3-D5.
The seasoned owner of the failing East Side flower shop and Seymour's nosy boss. He is profit-driven, greedy, and manipulative. Vocal range: G2-F4.
An egotistical dentist with a passion for leather and sadistic tendencies. Audrey's abusive boyfriend, who is targeted by Seymour. Will also play other characters. Must be comfortable with switching characters quickly. Vocal range G2-G4.
Preference given to black actors. An anthropomorphic cross between a Venus flytrap and an avocado, the plant has an appetite for human flesh that is appeased by Seymour. The voice is that of a conniving, street-smart villain and the voice in Seymour’s head. Vocal range G2-G4.
