(PRINCIPAL) Anchorman. Although his role is to demonstrate unbiased reporting, Lloyd tends to lean towards what he believes is “good”. He is mostly confident except when it comes to women. He is a closet Christian and tries to keep that part of his life out of the newsroom.
(PRINCIPAL) Producer - a type-A personality who expects excellence from everyone. She feels the struggle of trying to balance work, life and dating.
(PRINCIPAL) Weathercaster - an overeducated weather reporter, with a degree in atmospheric science and a law degree. Her Jewish parents hoped for her to utilize her law degree, but her passion is science.
(PRINCIPAL) Sportscaster - Cal is not your typical jock. He may have had a legendary baseball career, but the man is completely oblivious to his own charm. He's new in town and determined to make a good impression.
(PRINCIPAL)Reporter - Having just graduated from college, Sloan is an overly eager and ambitious reporter. Her youthfulness sometimes hinders her as people do not take her seriously.
(SUPPORTING) Camera Operator - Gary is Emily’s on-location videographer, as well as the studio camera guy. Gary is a nice guy and has a secret crush on Em.
(SUPPORTING) Researcher & Assistant - Lloyd’s right-hand "man", giving Lloyd solid research, and on occasion, some friendly advice.
Fred is part of Lloyds Alpha group who likes his beer a little too much.
(ACTOR) Alpha Group Member. She is new to the Alpha group; this is only her second week there.
Speed Dating Facilitator - Beth is a proudly Jewish lady who's a perfectionist and extremely excited about the dating events she hosts.
