Seeking male and female performers for "Willow Quartet" play. More details are below. About the play: Synopsis: Kim and Ben are separated 3 years after their son died in an accident. Kim is living in her mother's farmhouse while her mom lives in town. A musician billeting with Kim for a few weeks in the summer causes things to shift dramatically, as Kim and Ben must face their issues. Additional information: Performances: Thursday November 6, 2025. Friday November 7, 2025. November 7 to 9 & 13 to 16, 2025. Where: Elmira. Callbacks (if required) Monday evening, June 9, 2025. Cast Requirements: This is a drama with some scenes of very strong emotion.

Kim's mother. Brisk, straightforward, no-nonsense, opinionated, take- charge person. Knows when not to interfere. Very concerned about Kim.
Wounded, angry and depressed over tragedy, still carries anger at Ben and their son. Happy with attention from a new man.
Also wounded; he's angry and tense around Kim and Marjorie, copes by focusing on his work as a mechanic. Frustrated and hurt from Kim's rejection, but still in love with her.
Violinist in town for summer festival. Charming but apparently not too much depth. Self-centred, but shows ability to be empathetic and understanding with Kim and Ben.
