About the project: These ads are scripted with a dry, comedic tone and follow a married couple navigating the absurdities of selling their home — until an unexpected real estate agent (played by a recurring actor) changes everything. Rate: Paid (negotiated based on experience) Additional info: Each ad is story-driven, professionally shot, and designed for broadcast and online distribution. The tone is sharp, grounded, and clever — think Progressive’s “Dr. Rick” meets dry sitcom energy. Location: Sacramento, CA Shoot Dates: Targeting weekend of June 13-15 Schedule: 2–3 production days (weekend shoot) Usage: Primarily online (web, social) with potential for local/regional broadcast. His humor is subtle, his reactions are understated, and his delivery should land with minimal effort. Must have great comedic timing without trying too hard.
