(Lead) Lovable, slightly awkward guy who’s trying to propose to his girlfriend under extremely bizarre circumstances. Think Ben Stiller meets Adam Sandler energy. Must have strong comedic timing and be able to play paranoia believably.
(Lead) Confident, warm, grounded. She's the glue between her eccentric friend and her offbeat boyfriend. Needs a subtle range—from sincere to fed up to heroic. Must be comfortable doing light action (wrench swing).
(Supporting,) Intense, eccentric, borderline psychotic. Think Aubrey Plaza meets Kathy Bates. Must deliver absurd dialogue with sincerity. The ability to play creepy, controlling, and emotionally erratic is key. Heavy comedic and horror tones.
(Day Player) Polite but visibly uncomfortable around Aubrey. Has dry comedic beats.
(Day Player) Sarcastic and laid-back. He tries to keep the peace but clearly wants to dip early. Flamboyant
(Bit Role) Has one of the funniest under-his-breath lines in the movie. Comedic deadpan delivery is a must.
