About the project: “Branded a criminal after her family’s execution, a young woman searches for the alien she once sheltered, drawn not by revenge, but by an aching need to follow it home.” Rate: Unpaid and Non-Union (food and transportation provided). PRINCIPAL. Kasey is withdrawn, guarded, but her silence holds weight. She’s endured the loss of her family for harboring an alien. Beneath the blank stares and clipped responses is someone aching for connection. She doesn’t want to reintegrate into society after serving her sentence; she wants meaning, and she'll find it again.
PRINCIPAL. Polished, performative warm, quietly menacing. The Manager is the embodiment of customer service. He smiles while he looks down on you. He wants compliance dressed as rehabilitation. His tone is patronizing, his charm uncanny, and his power absolute in the room.
