Content Creator Job for TikTok and IG Reels

The company is on the hunt for a Toronto-based Content Creator to join a growing team, supporting one of the most exciting and culturally relevant brands in the dating and lifestyle space. More details are below. Rate: CA$55000/per year. Additional information: This role is perfect for someone who is creative, quick, and thrives in front of the camera just as much as behind it. You’ll ideate, produce, and edit short-form content for social media with a strong focus on humor, relevance, and viral potential. What You'll Be Doing: Act as the face of the brand on social (you’ll regularly appear on camera); Create short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Stories) from concept to edit; Stay plugged into trends and turn them into timely, original content; Create memes, write punchy captions, and come up with scroll-stopping concepts; Collaborate with the wider creative team to ensure brand tone and style; Edit and optimize content for performance across platforms. What You’ll Bring: 1–3 years of experience creating content for social media (brand or creator side); Confidence and charisma on camera (you’ll be the talent often!); Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools); A sharp eye for cultural trends, internet humor, and what’s going viral; Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other content platforms; A portfolio or social media presence that shows your creative voice and video chops. Bonus If You: Have experience writing comedic or relatable scripts/skits; Know your way around meme culture and Gen Z humor; Are already active on TikTok or IG Reels with your own content.
