JuneFemale20-24 y.o.Asian

East Asian. Fluent in English and Mandarin. A quiet, introverted college student struggling with the grief of her mother. June has difficulty parting with sentimental belongings and is avoidant and emotionally closed off. She finds it easier to retreat than to confront her feelings.

SierraFemale20-24 y.o.All ethnicities

An artistic and open-hearted college student with a warm, calming presence. Thoughtful and perceptive, Sierra naturally senses the emotional undercurrents in others. Sierra’s creative spirit and emotional intelligence make her a grounding presence.

EmerlynFemale20-24 y.o.All ethnicities

Direct, outspoken, and apologetically blunt. Emerlyn is the type to speak her mind without filtering her thoughts, often out of impatience. Though her words can come off as harsh, she rarely means harm.

GraceFemale25-49 y.o.Asian

East Asian. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Grace was June’s “person,” the one she turned to for comfort, guidance, and understanding. But after moving away and becoming physically and emotionally out of reach, her absence left a quiet void in June’s world.

Marketplace "Buyers"Both genders18-56 y.o.All ethnicities

Each potential buyer represents a small push toward letting go, yet none of them understand what the item truly means to June. Their presence adds awkwardness and sometimes unintentional humor to June’s struggles.
