About the project: A man trapped in loneliness begins to clean up his life— literally and emotionally. But in the mirror, another version of him appears. As memories and hallucinations blur, a simple post-it note from the past reveals a lost relationship. With time running out, he must face a haunting truth: What’s real, and what’s just a reflection? Rate: Non-Union. This production is a student film, non-union, and strictly volunteer. Catering and craft service provided. All cast members will receive a screen credit for their involvement. A disheveled, emotionally fragile man teetering on the edge of mental instability. His appearance reflects neglect—unkempt hair, tired eyes, and casual, slightly dirty clothing. Aron is intense yet vulnerable, capable of conveying deep loneliness, frustration, and desperation through subtle expressions and erratic behavior. Casting should prioritize an actor with strong emotional range to depict his descent into delusion.
norA is Aron’s eerie mirror reflection, possibly a manifestation of his psyche. Physically identical to Aron but with an unsettling, detached demeanor—cold, cryptic, and slightly menacing. The role requires an actor who can mirror Aron’s appearance while delivering a haunting, otherworldly presence through minimal dialogue and intense stares. Likely played by the same actor as Aron with subtle visual effects to enhance the uncanny effect.
A warm, empathetic figure from Aron’s past, possibly a former partner or close friend. She has a gentle, grounding presence with a caring yet firm demeanor, reflected in her soft voice and expressive eyes. Her appearance is natural and approachable, with simple, comfortable clothing. Casting should focus on an actor who can convey compassion and emotional depth in flashbacks and a ghostly, ethereal quality in her final appearance, balancing reality and hallucination.
