"Olde Mart" Short Film Casting Call
We are shooting an independent short film in Center city Allentown called “Olde Mart”, Must be committed to the role; this part is dialogue heavy! This role is perfect for someone looking to add a drama/comedic role to their portfolio! Filming Location: June 14-15, 2025 in Whitehall/Allentown, PA (PLEASE BE EITHER LOCAL OR WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE, WE WILL NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION OR LODGING!) Please submit via email by 06/06/2025 8:00 PM To submit, please send an audition video of yourself performing a 1-2 minute monologue, your choice. Also state your name, Email to contact you with, and availability to do an online zoom for final casting decisions. This will not be a hi-pay gig, but amenities, food and drinks will be provided for both film days. We will also put you in the film credits on IMDB, give you a reel to do as you wish with it and we will of course invite you to any film festivals/screenings that we'll attend!

Jacob is a young store clerk in a small shop called "Olde Mart" He's a recent high school grad and his dad Reggie works with him. Three former classmates of his walk into the Olde mart one day to reminisce on their weekend trips to the mart, and to eat the mart's locally famous cheesesteaks. Jacob has a huge crush on one of them, but the three ladies each think it was a crush on them. Bemusement ensues. (If older than 25, must appear younger... remember RECENT Highschool graduate)
