About the project: A comedy set in a struggling youth hostel in London, Ontario, where lost backpackers, oddball staff, and a reluctant manager make for total chaos. After losing her Wall Street job and getting deported, Misha Patel is stuck running her dad's rundown hostel, a gig she absolutely hates... but might just need. The show is a mix of workplace shenanigans and quarter-life crises, kind of like Superstore meets Schitt's Creek. The project won the Pitch Competition at the Forest City Film Festival and promises a fresh, diverse, and hilarious take on the workplace comedy genre.
