About the project: Shows: Finding Neverland, Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas, Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas, Hello Dolly!, The Bodyguard. Rate: Compensation begins at $300 per week for nonunion adult actors. Rates may vary depending on commute, out-of-town status, rehearsal conflicts/availability, past credits and other factors. Out-of-town actors (residing beyond 100-miles) may have accommodations provided (AirB&B housing, one round trip ground transportation, access to local transportation). There are a limited number of these roles available. Additional info: Professional adult actors who can work as local hires (including Buffalo) as well as out-of-town actors who are interested in being considered for the season may apply. Call backs for the 2025-2026 season will be by invitation only: ~June 5, 6 & 8 SCHEDULE: Each production rehearses for 2 weeks plus tech. Local actors with daytime conflicts may still apply this season, however many roles will require daytime availability. They will be off from rehearsals one day per week, however the day off may not be consistent week to week or production to production. A full production schedule will be sent to the cast weeks prior to the first rehearsal. It is expected that all six productions may have up to 8-performances per week, although currently the production listed online may be less than 8. "Finding Neverland" First Adult Rehearsal: 9/7/25 Preview: 9/25/25 Opening: 9/26/25 Closing: 10/19/25 2 weeks of rehearsal; 4 weeks of performances Advisory: This show utilizes a live dog as Porthos. All ensemble members will portray servants of the Barrie household. Strong vocalists required. Moderate dance required, ensemble members shall be expected to participate in choreographed lifts of other actors in certain scenes. There will be dress rehearsals on Sunday 11/23-11/25 (including Monday). Strong actors and vocalists preferred. Puppetry experience is preferred. Minimal dance required. Most tracks will have puppetry components. Puppetry tracks may be adjusted/reassigned/added during casting or during rehearsals.
