A woman who is looking to maintain a good workout routine and stay in shape, but is unsure if the gym (especially the crossfit gym) is right for her.
A woman who can pass as an intense crossfit coach, but is quickly revealed to be an advocate for easier ways to stay in shape. She can be tough, but can switch to being light-hearted on a dime. She plays the role of a talking head in the spot, frequently breaking the 4th wall and talking to the audience in order to convince her client that there might be an easier way to workout than doing intense and draining exercises.
