What You Will Do: Influencer Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to align with overall marketing goals. Content Creation: Create and edit short-form video content optimized for social platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, LinkedIn) Storytelling: Strong visual and storytelling instincts, with an ability to craft compelling narratives. Leverage AI: Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation and increase output without sacrificing quality. Stay organized & data driven: Analyze content performance and iterate based on insights and trends. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company goals. Qualifications: Proven experience growing social media channels for a B2C brand, or personally Basic video filming and editing skills (or ability to quickly learn). Strong content creation skills across multiple formats (short and longform video, social posts, marketing materials). Strong ability to balance creativity with strategic execution. Nice to Haves: Fluency in additional languages—Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Swahili, Arabic, French—enabling deeper connections with our global community.
