One day he notices a well-dressed can collector and decides to follow them. Down a path that becomes worse the more he travels on it, Luke stumbles on Vancouver’s worst secret… Rate: Non-Union. Luke is a jovial Vancouver local who is trying to get by during these economically tough times. Always looking to save and make a buck, he’s a low-level schemer. Naturally curious about new opportunities, it's his curiosity that usually gets him into trouble. He is passionate about his hometown and although he might not be worth much financially, it gives him a “nothing to lose” attitude.
