About the project: "Macabre" is a gripping psychological thriller exploring themes of domestic violence and revenge. The story follows a protagonist who, after enduring years of abuse, takes justice into their own hands. Rate: TBD (paid/stipend, meals provided). Additional info: Diverse actors encouraged to apply. Must be comfortable with intense subject matter. Occupation: Painter (with aspirations of becoming a well-known artist). Charismatic, manipulative, and physically imposing. Abusive partner with a charming yet volatile nature. Must be comfortable portraying intense emotional and physical scenes. Strong dramatic acting skills required.
(SUPPORTING). Protective, kind, and level-headed. A close friend who serves as a voice of reason and support for the protagonist. Compassionate yet firm in his stance. Looking for actors with strong chemistry with the protagonist.
