The company is holding auditions for "A Midsummer Night’s Dream" show and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Additional info: Show dates are September 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21; 2:00 pm – 2025. For auditions please prepare a 1-2 minute classical monologue and a 16-32 bar cut of a song. (Musical theatre, country or bluegrass encouraged.). Bring any musical instrument you can play and come ready to show us your skills. Looking for special movement skills including juggling, acrobatics, tumbling/dancing experience. Please come prepared to show what you can do. Please apply if interested.

Egeus’s daughter. She is strong-willed, independent, and kind. We want her to be everyone’s favorite “It Girl”. NOT a mean girl. She would have been the president of her sorority and the first person to be there in someone’s time of need. Both Demetrius and Lysander are in love with her. Young nobleman of Athens. In love with Hermia. We want him to be everyone’s favorite boy band leader. He is a bit much but we can’t help but love him.
Hermia’s best friend. Although she is talented and very witty, she struggles with insecurity. She was courted by Demetrius before he turned his affections to Hermia. She is still in love Demetrius. We want her to go through a transformation from doubting herself to deciding to go after what she wants. *Strong instrumental ability*
A young nobleman of Athens. In the past he courted Helena, but after Helena fell in love with him, he changed his mind. When he gets approval from Hermia’s father, Egeus, he pursues Hermia. He is bullheaded and determined. We want him to be smart but self-centered. Looking for his interactions with Helena to be a battle of wills. Looking for an enemies-to-lovers energy and by the end he has learned a lesson.

The bellows-mender chosen to portray Thisbe in the play. Forced to portray a young girl in love.
The tailor chosen to portray Thisbe’s mother in the play/ends up portraying the part of Moonshine.
