About the project: "The Audience" by Bruce Kane 3 couples and a very chatty audience member attend a play unaware of what is about to be performed on stage. "REMINISCENCE" by Rob Chase Marie and Alan, an older couple, are facing a tragedy. With humor and fond memories, Alan strives to create a few moments of happiness for he and Marie in this bittersweet story. "I Do, You Die" by Carrie McCrossen A two-person comedy where we watch a married couple’s silly argument turn into a fight to the death! "Traces of Memory" by Ann Wuehler Traces of Memory finds two women, Phoebe and Ruth, contesting a bit of the loneliest highway in America. Both have past they are seeking to escape as they collide in this dramatic comedy. "Love and Peace, Mary Jo" by James Nicholson This play follows a correspondence of letters between a young teacher and a leukemia patient as the disease takes over. "Battle of Bull Run Always Makes Me Cry by Carole Real "10 Pages by Bruce Kane" directed by Dahlia Vocque A struggling playwright is trying to write a Ten Minute play when her Muse shows up to try and provide inspiration. "Great Escapes" by David Susman A somewhat cranky, energetic and feisty mother and her drab, unadventurous and responsible son come to a moderately humorous yet slightly sobering understanding regarding their situations, positions, and roles in Life. Well, maybe…somewhat…? "Gray Matter" by Jeanette D. Farr Grey Matter is a story about race relations and stereotyping. A young African-American male confronts an elderly white woman in a police station with regard to her apparent racial profiling. "Closing Doors" by John Minigan When fourth-grade teacher Sandra is called on the carpet by old friend and Assistant Principal Valerie for breaking protocol in an active shooter drill, they must decide how they can save both their friendship and their students.
