Performers Needed for "The Royal Speakeasy" Play
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeking performers for upcoming Fringe Festival show "The Royal Speakeasy". See the details below. Rate: Please note: this is a volunteer experience without profit share. Any profits go into costumes, set pieces, rehearsal space, and helps to cover operational costs. As compensation, performers can attend any of the adult classes at no charge and we make the studio available for performers who need rehearsal/gallery space for any of their own projects, at no cost. Additional information: The comedy play is set in the Roaring 20's and includes song and some dance numbers. PLEASE PREPARE A SONG OF YOUR CHOICE TO SING AT TH AUDITION or read from the script PLEASE EMAIL to hold a spot at the audition and for any questions you may have. Must be available to rehearse Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 (acting and singing roles) and Sunday afternoons from 1:00 to 3:00 (dance roles). The show also includes a tap number that rehearses Wednesdays at 7:30 to 8:30 for those who wish to perform in the tap number.
