Auditions for June 2025 production "Lend Me a Tenor". Actors wanted. Please see the details below. About the project: Lend Me a Tenor is a hilarious farce set in 1930s Cleveland. Chaos ensues when a renowned opera singer goes missing before a crucial performance. Mistaken identities, romantic entanglements, and comedic mishaps abound as the frantic search for the missing tenor unfolds. Ken Ludwig’s first play, Lend Me a Tenor, was produced on Broadway and in London by Andrew Lloyd Webber. It won three Tony Awards and four Drama Desk Awards and was called “one of the classic comedies of the 20th century” by The Washington Post. It’s an uproarious comedy of errors filled with witty dialogue, madcap situations, and unexpected twists, guaranteeing nonstop laughter and entertainment for audiences seeking rib-tickling fun. Additional info: Call backs will be on April 2, if needed. Note: rehearsals begin April 14. The show opens on Friday, June 6 and will run for three weekends through Sunday, June 22.
