About the project: The story tells the journey of a Princess's self discovery, finding her place in life through survival and her relationship with her faithful samurai guardian. The goal was to make a film that tell a heartfelt story of love, survival, and resilience, while showcasing captivating flight scenes and beautiful sceneries. Additional info: Filming will be primarily in the Chicago and Surrounding areas. Target shoot days are Friday nights to Sundays in April 4/11-4/13, 4/19, 4/25-27. *Most roles are only needed one or two of these days. Lead Antagonist. Will be in various sword fight scenes with both the Samurai and the Princess. Martial Arts background, experienced sword work a big plus. $125/day, plus crafty and IMDb credit.
Supporting. Fatherly and kind. Princess's uncle and in many ways her father figure. Tasked to protect and hide the princess during time of war. $50/day, plus crafty and IMDb credit
Lieutenant Lee, Day Player Master Gin's right-hand man. Martial arts background preferred but not required. $50/day, plus crafty and IMDb credit
Day Player. Princess's closest confidante and caregiver. $50/day, plus crafty and IMDb credit
Day Player/Background Martial Arts a plus but not required. Will have some physical actions, but basic and nothing too strenuous. $25/day, plus crafty and IMDb credit
