Casting Call for Production of "The Lost Son"
The company is holding auditions for upcoming production of “The Lost Son…” and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: Kidnapped as a child, Arthur, Duke of Mercia, returns to his village to reunite with his long-lost family. What he didn't expect was to find them abused by everyone in town. With his identity a secret, will Arthur be able to avenge them? Additional info: Filming between April 12 – April 25, 2025, in Napa CA. Each shooting day is 12 hours + lunch (unless otherwise specified in the character description). Lord Benjamin’s beautiful daughter. Deep in love with John Moore; willing to toss her moral and self-respect just to marry him. Talent also should be comfortable with SFX make-up (blood and bruises). The niece of Lord Benjamin, Baron of Stamford. A woman who is both beautiful and fashionable, but with personality comparable to a cold-hearted snake (look into her eyes~ uh-oh… She's been tellin' lies~). Betrothed to Robert Wellesley. Talent also should be comfortable with SFX make-up (blood and bruises). Minor Supporting. $165/8hr day – estimate 2 days of filming. The King of Kingdom of Mercia, who highly favors Arthur and loves him like his own son. It’s a shame that the only good character in the story only has 30 seconds of screen time. A butcher who works at the butcher shop, seemingly kind and hardworking; but didn't do anything when seeing Baron's men kidnapping Young Arthur. A fashionista, well, sort of. Flamboyant, and fabulous. Helps the Duke with a ‘commoner' outfit, so he can disguise among the town folks. Role will be cast based on submission, no audition required. This is a non-speaking, featured background role. Servant / Soldiers who follow Baron around, carrying out Baron’s commands.
