About the project: Emma, a young woman living on her late father’s farm, moves through the quiet routine of tending to chickens and delivering eggs, burdened by the life she never intended to inherit. When an old classmate, Taylor, unexpectedly visits with interest in buying the property, she is forced to confront her complicated feelings about staying or leaving. Rate: Non-Union. Paid. A former party boy and the son of a real estate agent, he has followed in his father’s footsteps, though whether out of ambition or obligation remains unclear.
