Short Film Needs British or UK actors for LA shoot
LOG LINE: A British dentist mistakenly wreaks revenge on a patient in his dental office. SAG- Micro-Budget. Union and Non-Union talent TALENT: Authentic British/UK or Eastern European actors ONLY apply, please LOCATIONS: El Segundo, Santa Monica, Burbank and Windsor Hills all in the Los Angeles area. SHOOT DATES : 5 day shooting schedule in late March and/or April 2025 (specific dates open per cast availability) COMPENSATION: Credit in the film. IMDB Credit, meals, expenses (like parking etc), clips of your scenes and the possibility of continuing the role if the short is picked up for a series. Will only consider actors with a resume and REEL to show acting ability and accent. Open to first-time actors as well as experienced.

(Lead) Male. Mixed race or Caucasian. Authentic British, or Eastern European. Ex-con in his mid 20’s to early 30’s. Not long out of prison. British ‘Cockney’ accent or Eastern European. Very short/crew cut hair or shaved head. Tall, imposing with an average to athletic build as he will be in a T-shirt or Tank top showing off tattoos. No need to have tattoos as we will use temp tattoos (unless you already have some!). Character is in almost all of the 25 pages. 4 shooting days.
(Featured) Male. British mid to late 30’s. Older boyfriend to Jimmy. Quick scene as he leaves Jimmy for work. Clean cut, suited or very smart casual as he is an event planner going to see a client. 1 scene, 2 lines - a half day’s work.
(Featured) Male, British/Irish/Scottish or Welsh. Black, 20’s up to 30. Junior medic to Medic #1. 2 scenes, 2 lines 1 half day’s work.
