Casting Comedic Seniors for Paid Music Videos
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeking funny, expressive seniors for two over-the-top, comedic music videos for two. More details are below. About the project: A quiet lawn bowling club takes an absurd, high-energy turn when the musicians—two of the best in the game—show up like they own the place. Their pinpoint shots turn heads, old ladies lose control, and jealous husbands step in for a fight they can’t win. As the chaos escalates into a full-blown dancing frenzy, the musicians stay unphased, flex in the most ridiculous way possible, and walk off without a care. The mix of vibrant imagery, eccentric aesthetics, and sheer ridiculousness makes every moment impossible to look away from. Rate: Paid. Additional information: Location: West Vancouver and Vancouver. Shoot Dates: Thursday, March 13th and Friday March 14th. No acting experience is required. Comedic ability is KEY! Big facial expressions & exaggerated reactions required. Comfort with absurdist humor—think deadpan vs. over-the-top contrast. Physicality matters—from bowling to dancing to expressive reactions. Please, see the attachments. LEAD ROLE (RECURRING – ROMANTIC & COMEDY). Natural grey/white hair (preferred). MUST have strong comedic timing, physical comedy skills, and expressive reactions (from excitement to paranoia). Comfortable with playful dancing and exaggerated body language.
(Recurring – Rival & Love Interest). Bald or grey-haired. Commanding presence + comedic instincts—must balance intimidation with absurdity. Lawn Bowling experience is a bonus.
(One Video – Rival Only). Bald/grey-haired, rugged or refined look. Great physical presence + comedic chops—plays aggressively competitive but hilariously outmatched. Lawn Bowling experience is a bonus.
(1-2 Roles – Dancing & Reactions). Natural grey/white hair. Flirty, expressive, and comfortable with exaggerated reactions. Light dancing required.
(Lawn Bowling Club & Park Background). Preferably with grey/white hair for consistency.
