Actress Audition for Short Film

Casting call for a short film adaptation of Anton Chekhov's short plays "The Boor" and "The Proposal". Seeking an actress. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See the details below. Rate: $100/day (rehearsal and filming), transportation covered/reimbursed and lodging provided. All unedited and edited footage will be given to each actor for their personal and professional usage. Additional info: Rehearsing and shooting n in July and/or August of 2025. Pre-Production Requirements include: up to 8 combined remote read-throughs of the scripts and up to 10 films to watch for study and inspiration (films will be either free or provided). This film is intended to be made available to the public via video sharing platforms such as Youtube after completion. There is no intention to submit this project to festivals.
