Professional Casting for a Short Film

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Directors are currently in need of cast for a short film. Please, see the details below. About the project: A short film that will complement educational modules for nursing students aimed at developing standards of patient care for IBPOC and 2S/LGBTQIA+ communities. SCRIPT SYNOPSIS: Story1: Caden, a young trans male is seeking a referral from his local clinic to Transcare BC for Top Surgery. This is his experience, good and bad, through the healthcare system. Story 2: Amelia is a 21-year-old international student who seeks emergency healthcare at a hospital. She shares her experiences, both good and bad, with the healthcare system. Rate: Transportation to and from the location will not be provided. This is a low-budget production and budget will be determined upon funding. Compensation will be provided. Lunch will be provided. Addtional information: Story 1: The filming dates are TBD and will be held in Lake Country, BC on March 15th 9-5PM.
