(Lead). A young woman recently diagnosed with a serious illness. Weak, in pain, but resilient. Despite her worsening condition, she tries to stay composed while her boyfriend fights for her care. Must be able to convey vulnerability and emotional depth.
(Lead). Ava’s fiercely protective boyfriend. Passionate and emotional, he refuses to accept the hospital’s refusal to treat Ava. A highly expressive role requiring strong emotional delivery, including frustration, anger, and desperation.
(Supporting). A hospital receptionist, professional but detached. Tries to remain calm while enforcing hospital policies. Must be able to balance empathy with frustration.
(Supporting). A hospital security guard called to de-escalate the situation. Firm but not aggressive, they attempt to handle Eric’s outburst while maintaining control of the hospital environment.
