UPCOMING AUDITIONS MORE FUN THAN BOWLING By Steven Dietz Directed by Rosina Whitfield A quirky, funny, philosophical comedy/drama that uses bowling as a metaphor for life. Audition Dates and Locations: • Sunday, March 16, 4-6 pm • Tuesday March 18, 5-7pm • Callbacks March 19, 5:30-7:30 pm Auditions at Brunswick Little Theatre (BLT), 8068 River Road in Southport, NC. This dark comedy features Jake Tomlinson, a bowling alley owner. On a hilltop, he reminisces about life and marriage. In his youth, a baseball broke his fingers, but formed his hand into a perfect bowler’s grip. Jake is raising his teen daughter and in flashbacks, is often visited by his two deceased but cheerful wives. There’s also a mysterious stranger who tirelessly pursues Jake. There will be cold readings from the script. Performances scheduled for Thurs-Sunday, June 5-22.
