Additional information: Date of filming: either March 3 or 4. This is an ACTRA commercial but non-union applicants for the roles of MOTHER AND BABY will be accepted. Before filling out the form, have 2 well-lit and CURRENT photos ready of both MOTHER and BABY. Please fill out the form twice - once for the Mother, once for the Baby.
