About the project: "Q&A" is a chilling thriller about ai and it's use to exercise power jane is a member of a movement against the capitalist influence of the company that she is working at following the death of her colleague John. She discovers a mysterious language model program on his computer, which reveals unsettling truths about john's death and the future of her opposition movement. Rate: Non-Union actors. Work is not paid (food will be provided on set, transportation cost covered by request). Additional information: Tentative dates: March 10-17. Location: Etobicoke, ON. Jane is a thoughtful determined and emotionally driven character, grappling with the mysterious death of her coworker jane's vulnerability and frustration are evident as she navigates a tense eerie office environment. her emotional journey is marred by moments of desperation and realization. making her the emotional core of the story as she uncovers unsettling truths about the company and her colleagues.
Sam is a seemingly harmless. Slightly mysterious figure who works alongside Jane in a corporate office environment on the surface, he appears to be a typical coworker-friendly somewhat unobservant and prone to a lack of boundaries (as evidenced by his frequent unannounced entries into Jane's office) his role however, is far darker than it first seems by the end of the film, his actual cold-blooded and cynical attitude towards Jane is revealed.
