A health insurance agent with a dark side. He seems to enjoy denying insurance claims and is a master of fake empathy. The antagonist of the story. Needed for 3 days.
60-90 y.o. A seemingly sweet elderly woman who has sold numerous organs on the black market. She and James bond over their struggles. Needed 1 day.
