PAID MEDIA 1 Year USAGE RIGHTS: The client has exclusive usage rights to all final assets and their constituent parts, including usage by their affiliates, subsidiaries and dealers worldwide. The client is permitted to perform any alteration to the assets, such as additions, subtractions or adaptations for both images and backplates. Usage rights are granted only upon full payment of the total invoice amount. SELF-PROMOTION: Unlimited usage rights for territory, media and time, incl. talent buyouts, for client, agency and photographer self-promotion. COPYRIGHTS: Photographer retains copyright of all produced assets. In case anything subject to 3rd party copyright (such as architecture, props, etc.) is featured, the production company must ensure fully legal usage.
