About the project: SYNOPSIS: It’s Bobby’s 35th birthday party, and all their friends keep asking: “Why aren’t you married? Isn’t it time to settle down and start a family?” As Bobby searches for answers, we all discover why being alive in modern day New York City could drive a person crazy! Featuring a traffic jam of Stephen Sondheim classics including “You Could Drive a Person Crazy,” “The Ladies Who Lunch,” and “Being Alive.” Additional info: What to Prepare: Please prepare at least 16 bars of a song which best showcases your vocal qualities and should fit the style of the show. Bluetooth speaker and piano accompanist can be provided. Sides will be given at the audition. There will be a dance/movement portion of auditions. Please dress appropriately and be prepared to move.
