Seeking performers for "Something Rotten" SHOW. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Something Rotten! is a musical comedy with a book by John O’Farrell and Karey Kirkpatrick with music and lyrics by Karey and Wayne Kirkpatrick. Set in 1595, the story follows the Bottom brothers, Nick and Nigel, who struggle to find success in the theatrical world as they compete with the wild popularity of their contemporary William Shakespeare. Additional info: Callbacks will be by invitation only on February 22nd. Dance auditions will be held from 9 am to noon with acting/vocal callbacks from 1 pm to 5 pm. Vocal video submissions are accepted through Saturday, February 16th until 9 pm. When applying, please send a one-minute vocal audition in the style of the production in a YouTube format (no acapella singing) along with the audition form, see the attachment.
