About the project: LOGLINE: As a rage virus spreads a man trapped in a police car must escape the violent horde and rescue his brother before the city is firebombed. SYNOPSIS: In "No Safe Place," brothers Marco and Vicente find themselves in a desperate race against time as they navigate a city plunged into chaos by a deadly outbreak. Meanwhile, Joanna succumbs to the virus's wrath, transforming into a creature of rage fixated on returning home and claiming the life of her son. Vicente, battling leukemia, relies on medication to survive. When their mother, Joanna, steals Vicente's medication, Marco, a hospital employee, risks everything to replenish the supply. However, he's apprehended, leaving him trapped in the back of a police car as the city descends into madness. Marco must summon all his courage and resourcefulness to escape the confines of the police car, cross the city, and reach his brother. While Vincente secures his home from the feral creature his mother has become. As the military prepares to firebomb the entire city to stop the infection.
