About the project: Synopsis: Chandler McGowan, a stressed young man, visits the bank to address his overdue payments. While waiting in line, a call from his cable company derails his focus as three persistent and indifferent representatives try to upsell him an upgraded package. Meanwhile, two masked robbers storm the bank, taking hostages and issuing violent demands. His plea for help is hilariously misinterpreted as the absurdity builds, leading to a darkly ironic conclusion. “Please Hold" satirizes modern corporate indifference in the face of real human crises.
