Small Toronto production company seeking a family of 3 or 4 siblings in their 20's to 30's along with a parent, all with captivating if not a bit outrageous personalities (both good and bad) for a reality show that will require dedicating themselves for a year to creating and operating startup businesses with startup capital provided by the producers.

Female head of a family who has a solid background in business, especially an entrepreneurial business. She should have a command of business practices, strong connections to her children, and screen presence. Males will also be considered.
Looking for a family of 3 or 4 siblings, both male and female, who want to be successful in business. They are given an opportunity to start their own businesses with producers' startup capital. They must be amenable to devote the year creating and growing their businesses, and to compete with their siblings to gain rewards at the end of the season. Looking for interesting characters and captivating personalities.
