About the project: Synopsis: After serving as a surrogate for a wealthy family, a beautiful young woman leaves her child behind. Years later, she unknowingly becomes the child’s nanny, reconnecting with both him and his biological father—the lost love of her life—entangling them all in a torrid web of buried secrets and forbidden emotions. Rate: Non union. $300.00/day (Lead). $250.00/day (Supporting). Additional information: Genre: Thriller, Romance. Dates: February 17th to 28th, 2025. Location: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island & Surrounding Area. Submissions will be accepted on an ongoing basis, with self-tapes due by 5:00 PM AST on Monday, February 3rd 2025 unless otherwise noted. Actors from across Canada are encouraged to apply. For talent cast from outside of Prince Edward Island, production will provide air travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and per diems as required. For the roles of Diana and Justin, actors must be comfortable with performing intimacy scenes. No nudity. All scenes will be rehearsed and performed under supervision of a qualified Intimacy Coordinator. A full copy of the script, outlining these scenes, will be provided to the actor and their representation for review prior to accepting the engagement.
