The company is holding auditions for "The Wizard Of Oz" Show and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Rate: CONTRACT LOA $816 weekly minimum (LOA ref. LORT) Additional info: In person callbacks will be held in Austin on February 11th, 2025. NYC callbacks will be held on February 18th, 2025. Rehearsals begin July 18th, 2025. Performances begin August 13th, 2025 and close September 21st, 2025 with a possible extension through September 28th. Planned six to seven shows per week: Tuesdays through Sundays at 7:30pm and some Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 2:30pm. When applying, please include your video, headshot, and resume.

Strong Baritone to F. Scarecrow is plucky, clever, and loyal. Has a sincere quality. A strong mover and dancer. NOTE: Stunt / acrobatic skills are required.
Strong Baritone/Tenor to G. Desperate for a heart, Tin Man is a tender-hearted romantic. A strong singer and dancer with the ability to move in a stylized way. NOTE: Tap skills are required.
Strong Baritone to F. Lion is a mix of bravado and cowardice in search of courage. A strong singer, who moves well, and has excellent comic timing.
Mezzo Soprano. Aunt Em is a hardworking farmer who is firm and no-nonsense, yet caring. Glinda is the Witch of the North who governs Munchkinland and provides guidance to Dorothy as she navigates Oz. Glinda is benevolent, beloved, and brazenly defies the Wicked Witch’s curses.
Baritone. Kansas farmer whose wife, Em, runs things. The Oz Guard is bossy yet gets flustered easily, showing his softer side. Has strong comic timing.
Miss Gulch is a welloff, cold-hearted neighbor of Dorothy who hates Toto. The Wicked Witch of the West is crafty, vane, and will stop at nothing to get what she wants. Has excellent comedic timing and a killer cackle.
The Professor is a traveling salesman who tells fortunes - a con artist with a good heart. Eccentric and odd, and ultimately a parental figure.
The ensemble plays a multitude of roles including Flying Monkeys, Winkies, Crows, Apple Trees, Ozians, etc. There will be a few ensemble tracks that will include aerial skills. Aerialists are encouraged to submit.
