About the project: Storyline: Hot on the heels of their biggest heist gone wrong, Anna and Ruth, outlaws and lovers, struggle to outrun their grim consequences: Ruth’s fatal wound and the authorities determined to hang them. Rate: Union or Non-Union. Honourarium. ACTRA Student Production. Additiona information: Shooting location: Toronto. Shooting: February 26 - 27, 2025 (2 days). She/Her. Lead. Anna thinks of herself as an experienced outlaw, however her hubris and stubborn nature has landed her and Ruth in their fatal position. She plays into her “tough as nails” persona to hide her more vulnerable feelings--using sarcasm to deflect. She struggles to admit that she relies on anyone but herself (even to Ruth). PERFORMER MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH SCENE INVOLVING KISSING - WILL HAVE AN ACCREDITED INTIMACY COORDINATOR PRESENT.
(Lead) She/Her. Ruth was introduced to the outlaw lifestyle through Anna. She is much gentler and wears her heart on her sleeve. Although she’d much rather be grooming horses than committing petty crimes, she loves Anna deeply and will continue to take care of her until her last moments. PERFORMER MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH SCENE INVOLVING KISSING - WILL HAVE AN ACCREDITED INTIMACY COORDINATOR PRESENT.
