About the project: Unmotivated college student Daniel Jackins struggles to balance work and school. His life takes a horrifying turn when he’s forced to kill someone who looks exactly like him. Meanwhile, Jessica, his determined girlfriend, searches for answers, attempting to save her missing boyfriend, Eric, while honing her combat skills and surviving deadly traps. Rate: Non-Union. Volunteer, non-paid. Additional information: Production Length: Approximately 30 minutes (if possible). Production Location: Calgary, AB. Shoot Dates: To be announced (Fridays–Sundays). Shooting Location: Calgary, AB (specific locations to be announced). Most scenes will be shot during the daytime. Submission Deadline: To be announced. A cold, ruthless figure who manipulates and terrorizes others, including Daniel. Driven by revenge, he claims Daniel ruined his life and stops at nothing to achieve his goals, including murder.
Supporting. Daniel’s optimistic high school best friend. Mark stays hopeful and supportive, trying to inspire Daniel to see the brighter side of life despite its challenges.
