Audition for a Theater Play "Bothered and Bewildered"
Directors are currently in need of performers for production of "Bothered and Bewildered". More details are below. About the play: 'Bothered & Bewildered' is a comedy/drama about one woman's struggle with Alzheimer's. The play follows Irene and her two daughters Louise and Beth as the girls lose their mum in spirit but not in body. Additional information: Rehearsals will take place throughout January - April, two-three times per week depending on the roles required. All performers MUST be available for tech week and performances April 6th - 13th. Location: St. John's.

Elderly widow and mother of Beth & Louise.
Eldest daughter of Irene. Strong, pragmatic, gets things done.
Youngest daughter of Irene. Sentimental, nurturing.
Negotiable. One of the most successful romance novelists of all time whom Irene sees as an imaginary companion. Bold, brash, excessive. Look her up! This role may be played by someone of any gender, but will be presented as female (i.e. a male identifying actor may play the role in drag).
Ideally comfortable lifting and carrying another person a short distance.
Two young men from Irene's past. Will likely be played by the same actor.
The same actor playing Young Irene will also play Shelley, who is Beth's 19 year old daughter and loves to pamper her grandmother Irene.
