Eleven-year-old Winnie Foster yearns for a life of adventure beyond her white picket fence, but not until she becomes unexpectedly entwined with the Tuck Family does she get more than she could have imagined. When Winnie learns of the magic behind the Tuck’s unending youth, she must fight to protect their secret from those who would do anything for a chance at eternal life. As her adventure unfolds, Winnie faces an extraordinary choice: return to her life or continue with the Tucks on their infinite journey. Based on a best-selling children’s classic by Natalie Babbitt and adapted for the stage by Claudia Shear and Tim Federle, Tuck Everlasting features a soaring score from Chris Miller and Nathan Tysen. As a faith community, Malone's production of Tuck Everlasting will explore the ideas of eternity and other themes in the show from a Biblical perspective. Be ready to read from a script or improv a scenario if requested. Auditions will be open-call style, so be prepared to have an audience watching your audition. PLEASE BRING: A headshot resume if available. A list of conflicts between January 21 - March 26 REHEARSAL INFO: Rehearsals will begin January 21. Rehearsal days will be scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7-10 and Saturday from 12-4. PERFORMANCE INFO: The show runs March 21-23 with Tech Week prior.
