"Imaginary Invalid" Audition for the Theater
The company is holding auditions for the "Imaginary Invalid" production and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: In the outrageously funny masterpiece The Imaginary Invalid, the hypochondriac Argan wants his daughter to marry a doctor so he can save on his medical bills. But she's in love with someone else. Soon the whole household joins in her madcap scheme to save true love and give Argan's doctors a dose of their own medicine. Additional info: Please come prepared with one 60-second monologue. If you do not have a prepared monologue please come at 7:30 pm on 1/29 and you will be seen. Callbacks: Be prepared to read from the provided sides. If you were unable to attend the auditions on Tuesday please arrive before 6 pm on Wednesday and directors will get you a time to be seen that day. Schedule Rehearsals begin on February 24, 2025, with an initial company meeting that same day at 5 pm Tech begins April 16. There are six performances between 4/25 - 5/3, 2025.
