Description:
The River Bride is a beautiful and heart-wrenching play based on the Brazilian folktale of botos, or dolphins who come ashore as men. A family welcomes a new man who was fished from the river three days before a wedding. Rehearsals have begun and rehearsals are mostly Mon-Thurs nights in Castro Valley. The show runs in February. We are looking for non-AEA, volunteer actors. (The show is set in Brazil and we would like to represent the ethnic groups found there in casting.)
