Seeking cast for the upcoming play of "Galatea". Other details are provided below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: If a boy falls in love with another boy in the forest, but the boy is actually a girl dressed as a boy so she doesn't get sacrificed to Neptune, but the other boy is ALSO a girl dressed as a boy so SHE doesn't get sacrificed to Neptune, and unbeknownst to them they're both the subject of some Cupid-Venus-Diana god trickery, and in the end both of them are fine with one of them ACTUALLY becoming a boy if it means they can be together forever... is it really gay? Probably, but find out for sure in GALATEA! Rate: Actors will be paid a $500 stipend. Melibeus’s maiden daughter. Like Galatea, her father disguises her as a boy so she will not be sacrificed to Neptune (again, with unforeseen consequences).
Another of Diana’s nymphs who also runs afoul of Cupid’s fun. Doubles with TITYRUS.
Galatea’s father. Like Melibeus, he decides dressing Galatea as a boy will save her from the virgin sacrifice. Doubles with RAMIA.
