Casting Call for Promotional Videos

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Directors are seeking youth to star in three scripted videos for our award-winning Be There Certificate, a mental health education program. See the details below. Rate: $250 (maximum 2 hours), travel within the GTA covered. Additional information: These videos will highlight meaningful conversations between young people, showcasing how to support someone through a challenging time. Filming Date: Early February 2025 (TBD). Location: Toronto, Ontario. Video Length: ~3 minutes (scripted). Two-person dialogue format: One person will portray someone experiencing a challenging time. The other will demonstrate empathetic and supportive conversation skills. Requirements: Comfortable acting on camera. Open to discussing themes related to mental health (in a scripted, professional, and supportive context). MUST be available for up to 2 hours on the filming day. Submission deadline: January 1, 2025.
