About the project: "An eccentric inventor, Caractacus Potts sets about restoring an old race car from a scrap heap with the help of his children, Jeremy and Jemima. They soon discover the car has magical properties, including the ability to float and take flight. Trouble occurs when the evil Baron Bomburst desires the magic car for himself. The family joins forces with Truly Scrumptious and batty Grandpa Potts to outwit the dastardly Baron and Baroness and their villainous henchman, the Child Catcher." Rate: Actors will receive a stipend of *$300, 4 complimentary tickets to Chitty Chitty Bang Bang for friends and family, two season tickets to the Ziegfeld Theater, good for one year, and a $300 gift card to the Egyptian Theater. (*if double cast, the stipend will be split between the two actors). Additional info: CALLBACKS: will be held January 7th and 8th from 6- 10 pm (*callbacks by invitation only.) REHEARSAL DATES: Rehearsals will begin January 11th, and typically take place Monday- Thursday evenings, 7- 10 pm, and Saturday mornings, 10- 2 pm. There will be a mandatory cue-to-cue rehearsal on March 8th from 10- 6 pm.
