Film Job in a Paid Short Film "From the Clay"

Lead. David is more obsessed with looking like an artist than actually making art. A tortured soul worried that he might not actually be a tortured soul, he constantly spirals into himself rather than connecting with Eleanor. Deep down David wants to change, but knows it would require an unbearable level of vulnerability.

Eleanor is a young nine-to-fiver who is perfectly fine with the comfortable, middle-class life she's building for herself. While her empathy can sometimes dip into passive- aggression, Eleanor tends to go along with David's manic- depressive behavior rather than stir the pot. She loves her cat, Toaster, more than anything in the world.
